  • We focus on addressing and understanding the root cause of a health issue through a personalized nutrition and lifestyle approach. This is done with comprehensive health assessments, functional medicine testing, and creating individualized and unique nutrition goals based on genetics, family history, and current lifestyle needs.

  • Most functional medicine testing is not found medically necessary by insurance companies, so unfortunately this is an out of pocket cost, but you can request a superbill and try to get reimbursement for the testing.

  • We do not bill insurance, we are a cash based practice. We do however accept HSA/FSA cards for services and supplements.

  • This is varies drastically based on each individuals needs. I typically work with someone a minimum of 6 months, and then going forward it is a case by case need base don progress and what we are working on (ie. mold toxicity, chronic fatigue, autoimmune, gut health, etc.).

  • Yes, we specialize in men and women's health. We have worked with ages ranging from 16-83. We do not work with pediatric patients.
