FAQs

Does insurance cover my consults?

I do not take or bill insurance, although you are more than welcome to request a super-bill and submit it to your insurance on your own to see if your plan will cover part of your out-of-pocket cost. HSA and FSA are accepted.

How long do you typically work with clients before seeing results?

Due to the bio-individuality of each person I see, the expected time frame can vary drastically. It also depends on the specific health concerns someone comes to me with, some take more time than others. Hormones, among other common lab reliant markers can take up to 3 months to see shifts, so I typically recommend at least a 3 month minimum.

DO YOU WORK WITH BOTH MALE AND FEMALES?

Yes! I have had the great opportunity to work with both male and females, ages ranging from 13-80 years old.

DO YOU CREATE MEAL PLANS?

Meal plans are created on an individualized basis. Not everyone likes/needs the full support of a day-to-day meal plan, whereas others can benefit greatly from that approach. I use my experience with each patient to discuss and listen to what the best approach is for them.
